At Valresa, with a new online sales line managed through WooCommerce, they faced an operational challenge: their orders were growing day by day and were managed manually, which involved long processing times, the possibility of errors, and duplicated tasks. In addition, they needed to keep stock updated between SAP and their online store without intermediate processes.

CHALLENGE

Entering orders into SAP required time and was prone to errors. Moreover, the lack of synchronization with WooCommerce stock caused inconsistencies in the information available to customers.

• Automatic creation of orders in SAP, captured directly from WooCommerce through webhooks.

• Stock updates in WooCommerce, consuming its REST API from SAP to ensure availability is always up to date.

• Identification of national and international orders, automatically applying shipping costs according to the destination country.

• Management of special products such as kits and combinations.

• A middleware-free architecture, simple and efficient, based on direct communication between both systems.
