At Rioglass, supplier invoice management required manual data entry, approvals in different formats, and information validation across various stages. This generated inefficiencies and difficulties in document traceability.

CHALLENGE

With a high volume of invoices to manage, processing times were long, and there was a risk of data entry errors. Moreover, documentation was dispersed, making it difficult to locate and track. To improve these processes, Rioglass needed a solution that would automate data extraction, streamline validation, and ensure smooth integration with SAP.

To address this need, we implemented DocuCenter, the solution developed by ImagineRight that digitises and automates invoice management within SAP. Thanks to this implementation, Rioglass has achieved:
