For more than a decade, CEDIFA has relied on ImagineRight to technologically evolve its SAP ecosystem and digitise each of its critical processes. From advanced logistics to regulatory traceability, we have driven its digital transformation with tailor-made solutions that guarantee efficiency, compliance and total control.

Each project has responded to a different challenge, but with a common thread: integrating innovation without disrupting operations, connecting systems, people and processes in a unified, modern and fully connected SAP ecosystem.

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT WITH PDA

Cedifa needed an agile system to manage logistics movements in a highly customized SAP environment. We developed a native web PDA application, integrated through SAP RFCs, that allows controlling all logistics flows (manual, mechanized, or automated) from a single interface.

Key highlights:

• Intelligent scanning (QR/EAN) that automatically identifies boxes, pallets, and locations.
• Multimodal movements managed in a single application.
• Full traceability and real-time visibility from the PDA.

Impact: Greater operational efficiency, granular inventory control, and full automation of the logistics flow.

CENTRALIZED SERVICES WEB PORTAL

To improve communication and self-service documentation, we created a corporate portal integrated with SAP, built on Drupal + CodeIgniter. The portal provides secure access for pharmacies, laboratories, warehouses, and employees, with personalized areas for each user profile.

Key highlights:

• 24/7 access to delivery notes, invoices, and documentation in real time.
• Employee area with permissions management and payroll downloads.
• Communication area for shareholders (meetings, minutes, records, internal documentation…).
• Mass communication system with read-tracking (email and SMS).

INTELLIGENT DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTING AUTOMATION

Cedifa managed thousands of invoices and delivery notes manually. We implemented a solution with DocuWare Cloud and SAP that automates digitization, classification (intelligent OCR), and document linking.

Key highlights:

• Certified digitization and automatic archiving of delivery notes.
• OCR processing with intelligent indexing of invoices.
• Direct SAP link to cloud documents (GOS + persistent URL).

Impact: Full document traceability, time reduction, and elimination of paper.

SEVEM REGULATORY VERIFICATION

With the mandatory implementation of the SEVEM system, Cedifa needed to adapt its SAP processes to verify medications using Datamatrix (QR) codes. We developed a SEVEM–SAP integration with automatic code parsing and secure verification logic.

Key highlights:

• Intelligent scanning that decomposes and automatically records each QR code.
• Direct connection to SEVEM Web Services (SSL 1.2).
• Tamper-proof verification and batch-destruction logging (QR Log).

Impact: Full regulatory compliance, error reduction, and auditable unit-level traceability.

AUTOMATIC REPLENISHMENT OF PALLETS TO CABINS

The replenishment of pallets to verification and classification stations was carried out manually, which required constant intervention from the warehouse manager and posed a risk of errors or delays. We developed an automated process that analyzes the status of each station in the background and issues replenishment orders to the PDAs in unattended mode, optimizing workflow and reducing the risk of stockouts.

Key highlights:

• “ZREPO_AUTOMATICA” program that generates automatic pallet movements based on configuration and priorities.
• Intelligent pallet selection by wholesaler, cabin type, origin, and schedule.
• Continuous replenishment without manual intervention.

Impact: Greater replenishment efficiency, reduced errors, and full traceability of pallet movements.
